La cérémonie d'ouverture a été clôturée par un témoignage émouvant de Natalia Mukhina, chef de la production philatélique ukrainienne, qui a présenté le timbre comme une arme dans la lutte contre un envahisseur hostile.

Pierre Zimmer, directeur général adjoint de POST, a exposé l'émission très prochaine du premier cryptotimbre luxembourgeois, alliant une passion traditionnelle à la technologie blockchain.

Le ministre de la Coopération et de l'Action humanitaire et ministre de l’Économie, Franz Fayot , a souligné l'importance des timbres en tant qu'œuvres d'art qui retracent l'histoire d'un pays et témoignent des événements importants qui ont façonné une nation.

Le Forum philatélique de PostEurop est une plateforme de coopération intersectorielle dans le domaine du marché du timbre et de la philatélie et a lieu tous les deux ans dans l'un des 53 pays membre de PostEurop.
