Hybrid ESD can be a great rescue option for scarred-down polyps and difficult locations. Important to get a good circumferential dissection to bury the snare.
Unfortunately, this polyp came back as invasive cancer with high-risk features so the patient eventually needed surgery

Difficult Pancreatic EUS-guided Rendezvous to treat pancreatic fistula Belen Martinez Moreno Lucía Guilabert EndoscopiaHGUA Digestivo HGUA

Elderly Patient with ESLD, with fevers, chills, white count, and ruq abdominal pain. US showed signs of cholecystitis as did HIDA. IR was concerned about ascites and surgery declined due to being a poor surgical candidate. We did EUS guided GB drainage.

𝙱𝚎𝚗 𝙳𝚒𝚜𝚗𝚎𝚢 100% - this looks to be a tubulovillous adenoma (LST-G) without invasive features, so based on this image, it could have been endoscopically removed!
