President Calviño discussed the strategic priorities of the European Investment Bank, ways of increasing social investments across the EU, and the importance of multilateral coordination.
Talent is fairly distributed throughout the world, but opportunities are not. We have to make sure that we bring opportunities and money where talent is. That means also looking at regions and not only mega cities.
