Yesterday, I joined Chasdei Lev at their annual Passover distribution for teachers and rebbeim families. Thank you to this tremendous organization and their volunteers for giving back to our community.

There's nothing we can't get done when we come together as New Yorkers.

And over the weekend we proved that when Mayor Eric Adams and his team joined the FJCC and Chasdei Lev to distribute food to 2,600 families in need ahead of Passover. #GetStuffDone

This weekend, I joined Chasdei Lev and local leaders in their annual Passover Food Distribution. I am grateful for the dedication of organizers and volunteers working to support families in need in our community.

Earlier this evening I had the pleasure to be at the Induction ceremony of the honorable Judge Saul Stein.

The event was chaired by Councilman Kalman Yeger with remarks by UJO of Williamsburg David G. Greenfield & Douglas M. Schneider

30 years too long. March 1, 1994. Ari Halberstam was murdered simply for being a Jew.
Today, we held a memorial ceremony on the Brooklyn Bridge to commemorate 30 years since Ari's murder.
Ari, we miss you and will keep fighting to eliminate all forms of hate and anti Semitism.

Our volunteers responded to a call for a vicious assault on Avenue S. After obtaining a clear description and video of the incident, our volunteers started a canvass and ultimately picked up 1 of the perps, leading to his arrest by NYPD 61st Precinct for felony assault. #SaferStreets
