County Executive Matt Meyer joined philanthropists from Delcastle Technical High School on earlier this week at Food Bank of DE Newark location to say 'thank you' for the volunteer work these 50+ freshman have been putting in weekly.
The Food Bank of DE provides members of our community with hope, nourishment, job skills, and more.

The CSG Mashed Potato Drive has ended with an unprecedented amount of potatoes donated! The 4th grade brought in a staggering 8,084 boxes on their own! In total, the CSG donated 9,714 boxes to the Food Bank of Delaware. Thank you for your tremendous generosity! #caravelcsg
To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of UD Institute for Public Administration, Biden School staff, faculty, & students hosted a food drive to benefit the Food Bank of DE. IPA staff built a “birthday cake” tower out of the non-perishable foods donated from the food drive. Thanks to everyone who donated!
