No explanation given as to why Enoch Burke is still being paid his full salary.

Presumably, it’s because he has taken steps to appeal the school’s decision.

The judge was told he also hasn’t paid the school’s costs arising from his failed legal battles to date.

Enoch Burke is on his way back to Mountjoy Prison after once again refusing to give an undertaking to stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School.

This is his 172nd consecutive day behind bars.

In 2022, he spent 108 days in prison for the same reason.

Enoch Burke was fired from Wilson’s Hospital School after a finding of gross misconduct was made against him.

He intends to appeal that decision internally.

As it stands, the school’s barrister confirmed he’s still being paid his full salary.

Enoch Burke looks set to spend Christmas behind bars after refusing to give a commitment to the High Court to stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School.

He has been in Mountjoy Prison since September for failing to obey a court order refraining him from trespassing at the school.
