Today was the big day! Our Hooding Ceremony was sweet and intimate. I’m incredibly grateful for my experience at Georgia State University. I was taught by some of the best professors and made great connections along the way. And my tribe showed up big today! GSU Educational Leadership

Some things I’ve learned- In 1988, 25% of public school principals were women. That # has grown to 54%! Also, 68% of elementary schools are led by women vs. 33% of high schools. I wonder what the reason could be for such a large discrepancy? #GSUEdlead
