Gary Philipson I had this all through my first pregnancy. It was awful, in and out of hospital, I was surviving on boneless chicken strips and lucozade as was all I could keep down. If I ‘d had the energy I’d have drop kicked every person who suggested I try ginger biscuit or peppermint tea.
