Our craft group creates items for a number of charities, including the amazing Love, Amelia We welcomed their chief executive, Steph Capewell, along for a visit this week, and she went away with lots of handmade items which will go to babies and children in need in our region.

We're delighted to support Methodist Homes (MHA) Communities West in the delivery of their popular Love to Move class! If you're looking for gentle exercise with proven results, pop along and give it a go!
Thanks to support from The National Lottery Community Fund, the class is FREE from 18 April through 23 May!

🙂Great news! 🙂 Our art group will now be meeting every Thursday! If you're interested in learning new skills, feel free to pop along. Free refreshments and your £1 donation goes toward group outings and supplies.

Walking is a fantastic form of exercise. It can help reduce your blood pressure, improve your balance and coordination, and strengthen your bones. Every Friday, we enjoy a 2-4 mile walk around some of the lovely spots in our local area. We hope you'll join us this week! 🙂
