This article contains HMRC's statement that they 'noted' the s684 power in their evidence provided to Lord Morse. I infer that this means a footnote rather than anything clear. Anyone who has studied Lord Denning's judgment in the Shoe Lane Car Park case will recognise the point.

1/2 of July is out
All of August is out
All of September is out
It's almost like they know the game is up and they're just kicking the can down the road, eh Jim Harra & Beth Russell??

Decision Notice, but here is HMT Legal team doing their best to 'make themselves available at the earliest opportunity' for a hearing 🤨

1/4 A short update on proceedings wrt my attempt to have HMT held in contempt for their failure to share the draft of the sham Morse review into . Now I wouldn't want to suggest that HM Treasury
is attempting to avoid (evade?) attending a hearing to explain why

A Nurse can buy a single sandwich for £3 in the hospital cafeteria and she has to pay.

A MP can get British Beef and potato paprika goulash for £3.19 and then make you pay.

They also get free parking and Nurses pay £1300.

I know who deserves a pay rise.
