If you are the (ex) spouse /partner of a #LoanCharge affected taxpayer, by all means protect yourself and your own mental health but I urge you at the same time to have some compassion for your LC (ex) spouse/ partner and the stress s/he is under.

This all sounds depressingly familiar and is a valuable lesson in setting (entirely appropriate) boundaries.
