It’s Mental Health Awareness Week 💜

This year’s theme is movement and how regular movement helps protect our mental health.

The program focuses on physical fitness, mental wellbeing, and developing transferable skills such as dedication, consistency, and commitment!

Deaf Awareness Week, and the theme is Love & Trust - with this, D/deaf people can be part of the conversation.
Here are a few tips for communicating with D/deaf people:
✔️ Face the D/deaf person and hold eye contact
✔️ Avoid covering your mouth
✔️ Speak clearly and expressively

Today our Y10s had an assembly about Personal Development and how they can improve their future selves.
There are lots of fantastic opportunities each week and our challenge this term is for every student to attend at least 1 extra-curricular club!
