18. Just like not all that are schooled are educated, make the effort at home to groom your children. Educate them yourself. School teaches us to count, but life teaches us what counts. Teach them young.

17. Be intentional about the succession plan in your family business. Write your Will and make it clear how you want things done after you are gone. As much as we have this phobia, writing your Will won’t kill you any quicker and neither will avoiding it keep you here longer.
