seen a lot of backlash on social media about using AI in art (specifically image generated art). is there any way that AI can be implemented in way that's tasteful? or is it one of those things that ppl will hate for a while until it becomes the norm/a necessity to get ahead?

just realized that Knock2 sampled “Push The Tempo” by Fatboy Slim on Murdah, and my mind is blown. Big brain move

on a related tangent, i'd also love to see more melodic artists make music that absolutely RIPS. pretty but also heavy at the same time while not being cheesy melodic dubstep. it's such an untapped genre, we need more artists like Heimanu, Sublab, Juelz etc.

i wish that knowing how to make melodic music easily translated to making bass music bangers, because every time i try to make something that's not melodic it sounds like absolute ass

gives me so much more respect for bass music artists and ESPECIALLY artists that can do both

meticulously planning out a DJ set is fun, but nothing compares to freestyling a set off a stranger’s USB at a party w a bunch of songs u don’t know. those moments when the track absolutely bombs, or when you somehow pull off an amazing transition… that’s when u truly feel alive
