HyperopticCS why have certain URLs such as lbc.co.uk suddenly stopped working? Getting Server not found errors. Bypassing Hyperoptic and using my phone it works fine? This started around 7-8pm 10th Feb.

Absolutely pathetic Virgin Media 🐐 you’ve used a sub contractor (o Connells)to install cables on our street and cut straight through my HyperopticCS cable and then take no responsibility for it. “Be at yours within 48 hours”?!How can I work from home for 2 days without internet?!
Moved into a new flat and got recommended HyperopticCS wifi, don’t do it guys…they literally can’t turn our wifi on for some reason loool. Should of gone with BT🤪

Jovan Z was great, keeping me informed and a big shout out to engineer Ricky who was an utter joy - they are lucky to have him!
