As I walked through school as The Grapes of Wrath, I thought, 'imagine we get a no-notice inspection & I'm wearing this'. We didn't. I did, however, end up taking my daughter to hospital. Like this. Managed to deflate most of the grapes & remove WRATH from my head in admissions.

What did I do on world book day to celebrate books? I managed to accidentally set fire to one, belonging to one of our SLT, in front of 225 kids, in an assembly. That’s what I did 🤦🏻‍♀️ #teacherfail

In August, NATE published an article, bringing down #TeamEnglish for a lack of academic rigour. Here, they go on to publish a magazine, written almost solely by non-academics. I welcome this, but do not understand the decision to stand by this summer's gate-keeping nonsense.
