Lately, in line with EU regulations, state funding agencies increasingly expect you to publish with green (gratis) OA options, eg preprints. The regulations aim to inforce changes at journal level, and we're slowly getting there.
Would you say that Sage Criminology, and in particular the journal Crime & Delinquency (CAD), are preprint-friendly?
