It's been a pleasure hosting Prof Sulette Lombard UniSA at the Centre for Business Law and Practice School of Law, University of Leeds - Get Involved earlier today! Sulette discussed her exciting paper, 'An Australian Perspective on the Potential Utility of the Duty of Care and Diligence as a Means to Realise Stakeholder Ideals'.
