The Home Office tried to release client to street homelessness despite evidence from its own healthcare team of high risk of overdose & death. Court of Appeal granted a Sunday night injunction preventing unsafe release & have now granted permission to challenge the decision.

News: Our age disputed Sudanese client obtained interim relief, allowing him back into supported child accommodation. His trauma, vulnerabilities, features of trafficking & the lack of safeguards in his adult accommodation were all relevant factors the judge considered.
