Can anyone recommend a book ABOUT auto fiction? I don't need examples of auto fiction, I'm looking for a non-fiction book which looks at what it is, how to write it etc. Thank you

Today I went on a pilgrimage to the house which Judith Kerr and her family fled in 1933. I wasn’t expecting to find it so incredibly moving. The experience has made me radically rethink my approach to this book. Huge thanks to Arts Council of Northern Ireland for funding my research trip to Berlin
