1. Blame culture
2. System needs over-ride staff well-being
3. Unintended personal costs of upholding values at work
4. Interventions donβt recognise cumulative chronic stressors

Gerry Bolger RN π [email protected] But I think we have gone past needing to know how bad risks are. We have enough evidence to know that too often services are not staffed safely. This has to change.
Only legally enforceable RN staffing minimums will protect patients and the public from dangerously low staffing.
