There's ample evidence to refute Sunak's claim of ;ow-value' degrees, but here are a handful of reasons why arts and humanities are so vital:

Being on mat leave gives me a chance to (slowly!) work my way through my tbr pile. First up - MILK by the incredibly astute Dr Joanna Wolfarth, blowing this new mum’s mind and moving her to tears.

Whether breastfeeding impacts on GCSE grades or not is irrelevant IMO.

The real issue is the lack of support, the assumption that women don’t breastfeed because they don’t know enough about it, and the over simplification of why they might want to

Thank you Grazia UK for featuring me as a ‘useful and reassuring voice’ in this article about the challenges of breastfeeding (or just generally being a new parent) in today’s Britain.

My mantra in this piece: ‘Do what you can, and forgive yourself for what you can’t.’
