March/April is usually grouped together. Ask baseball reference and Fangraphs. All their monthly splits group the two months together for a reason.

Even if you include March, the Phillies are still off to an amazing start! I was criticizing the framing of the question!

Guys, I UNDERSTAND they’re just counting April wins. My point is, NO ONE thinks of the season this way. March happened too. What’s the point of just using the April numbers. It’s odd and confusing.

Usually when you’re talking about April numbers, you’re simply talking about the start of the season. It’s weird to ignore three games in March like they didn’t happen. That’s all.

Yeah but that’s just dumb.

Phillies. They have the Angels late tonight. The Braves are also out west, against the Mariners. Yankees have the Orioles. Guardians are off.

So is there a win they’re not counting because it took place in March?

Streaming services are going to crash and burn or become cable channels in some sort of bundle. All of the early advantages of streaming — a discrete number of sites, no ads, binge-able content— have slowly eroded.
