My selection is a Sojourn Cellars pinot noir from the @petalumagap of the Sonoma Coast. Aromas of ripe raspberry, orange peel and sandalwood are followed by tastes of red cherry, mushroom and hints of tobacco. boozychef Joe Florez Rob Thomas Hughes Big Nose

Quién dijo que no se puede maridar un plato típico de Rep. Dom🇩🇴

Aunque no es el clásico arroz, habichuela y pollo guisado. Lo hice con cerdo asado y arroz blanco.

Las burbujas juegan un papel fenomenal de limpiar el paladar con la acidez y con las burbujas🍾 inténtalo!
