Highlight of my shift so far: Hearing Derek Deis and Kris Crocker talking about 'rizz' as Oxford's Word of the Year on today's newscast... then mentioning the runner-up was 'situationship'

Thank you to Kris Crocker 4 News Now and generous Coats 4 Kids donors. Kris donated and delivered 110 coats to the kids at Northeast Youth Center.

Portions of the Inland NW remained socked in low clouds & fog all day while others enjoyed sunny skies. We expect the fog/low clouds to expand west overnight, while the next weather system moves in from the southwest resulting in an increased chance of precip. #wawx #idwx

A common hazard associated with snow squalls is a “flash freeze”. Rapidly-falling temperatures along with melting snow on high-traffic roads can cause untreated highways to turn into a sheet of ice.
