My question to you tonight is how do you clear your mind / thoughts / feeling / emotions post sessions? Especially when there’s something that’s bugging you?

What is the one thing in coaching that we will look back on, in ten years time, and say “why did we used to do that?”.

Genuine question: what makes a good decision in a footballing context? If we judge decisions by outcomes, how do you know if that outcome is the best outcome? How do you teach players more efficient / less efficient ways of doing things to get more consistent outcomes?

How does the “touch the ball, take a few steps back, volley the ball back into the hands” practice still exist 🤯?
