I remember that Zak and I were just giddy to get to record with him. Mim was like “ya whatever” but then they hit it off and got along like old school buddies. They both had the same dry sense of humor and would give each other shit about reverb and tooth brushing.

A tremendous listen. Really illuminating - reminded me of how much I love this unique record, with lots of stuff I didn't know about (e.g Richard's skill as a self taught arranger, the use of silver bands, Linda's sanguine take on the lyrics of 'End of the Rainbow')
