Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. We have launched a wellbeing trail in the Garden of Life. This years theme is Movement. The trail is to encourage people to go outside, be aware of their surroundings, switch off from busy lives and enjoy nature. Enjoy! 🌳🌺🌈🌻
