Purchased this little Edwardian postcard from an American seller a few weeks ago. It's of the Carnegie Library in Prestonpans, a ten minute walk away from where I am typing this now.

But it wasn't the library I was most interested in, it was the message on the other side. 🧵

The new Friends of Preston Tower group are having a public launch on the 12 June at 7pm in Prestonpans Town Hall, hosted by Prestonpans 1745.

There will be updates on the Preston Tower repair project from reps from GRAS, East Lothian Council - news and information and National Trust for Scotland.
