The regional training and working session held in Laos on 22 and 23 April 2024 aimed to improve national assessments and synthesis of capture fisheries related datasets and information and their incorporation into national basin development policies, plans, and investments.

The MRC conducted a site visit to the Don Sahong Hydropower Project as part of the National Consultation Process for the Lao PDR's Notification on the Redesign of the Generating Capacity from Four to Five Turbines-Generator Units of the Project.
