Statement from the university:

Police activity around #USC has heightened — 50 police cars have entered and others are circling the perimeter with lights on. At least two LAPD helicopters are circling. Me & two colleagues are staying on campus for our live reports on the USC Annenberg Media Instagram and website.

On the ground at Alumni Park at #USC . They are no longer allowing outsiders in. If you are part of a news organization that is interested in coverage of the escalating encampment, DM me. I am working with a team of three student journalists who have been covering this all week.
