We're doing another story on this, out tomorrow 9am. We've got more details about Primary Security, but frankly the story is shifting to Burnham and the GMCA. These two men are good friends - not investigating these claims is surely untenable?

I've asked again and they have stonewalled again. What is going on? Why is Greater Manchester Combined Authority not answering basic questions?

So far nothing - not even a confirmation they are investigating.
