Our phone number still isn't working 2 weeks after it was connected by BT and despite raising a complaint on 4th April and BT Business Care team involvement nothing has been sorted. Worst customer service ever. They don't even have a dedicated complaints number or email.

This weekend is our 7th birthday. We're holding off from celebrating until our move to our new premises next month. Work is coming along there nicely and we can't wait to open the doors but we're still fully stocked at the current premises, pop in for a browse today between 10-5
