...whose permit was there first and who’s not?
What was the basis for a permit for how much?

How can enforce permit renewal when there are not enough information (Groundwater/Surface water Model) to figure sustainability in the first place to issue the permit?

1⃣It is commendable that City is trying to put groundwater use regulation in place, 👏. That is part of the issue that we have been advocating to be addressed. We very much appreciate the recent draft regulation by the city to do just that.

Federalist forces are begrudgingly coming to the realization that the constitution is the root cause of the political crisis. The question is: How can they deal with the traffickers of violence and terror that they have hatched, nurtured, and unleashed.

Nigerian banks scramble for capital.

Yesterday was the deadline to submit their recapitalization plans.

Some may collapse or merge with stronger players.

The devaluation of the naira has wiped ~ 90% of banks’ minimum capital in dollar terms.
