Once upon a classroom, I might've been annoyed, even offended (not listening to ME?!!).

Now, I accept it as part of the package of working with humans, who--young or old--are often not listening.

Friday was the most 'absenteeist' day I've experienced in this year of the greatest absenteeism of my career.
