Bit more clarity. Teo has held talks with an 'Australian official' (presumably OTP head Liz Peak who was in Tuvalu last week) and says he wants to reach an 'arrangement' with Australia to guarantee sovereignty under the Falepili Union *without* revising its text 'if possible'
