Don't forget...
Next week, Saturday 5/11 at 10am CST, we will be joining forces w/our friends Alex Sarama & Transforming Basketball for a special Movement Meet-Up call on Zoom open to any/all from across the skill acquisition & coaching community!
Stoked to connect & chat w/StrengthCoachNetwork today for a little recorded discussion on all things movement & skill acquisition in sport...oh, and we may have even discussed my past life as a bodybuilder a bit too.
Big S/O to Justin for having me on - can't wait to do again!
This book and the quote were so impactful to my craft that it inspired me to write a research paper along with Tyler Yearby & Keith Davids around its ideas!
To use no way as way...

A little throwback Thursday for you here! Way back to when Shawn Myszka actually had hair and back before Emergence was even formed!
But one thing remained the same: Shawn hated agility ladders as much then as he does now & he told the world about it!

'The purpose of this conceptual analysis is to adopt an ecological perspective in evaluating theory and evidence as to how athletes may solve movement problems in sport.'
