As we come to the end of the week there has been some great things in the world of #thisisAP

We know that Steve Howell with Youth Sport Trust hosted a round table

#BeingASendco Ways to show your SENDCO you value them.
1. Find them a work space to call their own.
2. Genuinely ask them if they are OK and then listen when they answer and listen to understand.
3. Make them a cuppa.
4. Ask them if it would help to work from home sometimes.

Having just led a SEND conference with genuine expertise and the lived experience of SEND at the heart of it's keynotes and workshops, it's very strange to see non-SEND experts masquerading as experts in the field at other events.

Some of our team are at the Multi Academy Trust Association (MATA) Awards tonight, where TEAM Education Trust won the Inclusion Award.

We should probably put on a conference.

As ever, the incredible Natalie Borrington brought the exhibition space to life yesterday at National SEND and Inclusion Conference.
