My only real objection to Joe Kahn’s defense of traditional journalism values in the context of 2024 is that if you think inflation and immigration are the issues voters care most about then I think you actually owe them a lot of articles about substantive policy in those areas.

On the other hand, they collude with federal agencies to make workers afraid that their secret ballots will be visible to their bosses, exposing them to retaliation:
