Catriona epitomises the very best of NAS so it's no surprise at all to us that she is a finalist in tonight's award!

Some of our Crew visited one of the local schools today in Swords. The 6, 6th Classes absorbed loads of knowledge from our Team (Dave/Frank/Brian/Greg).

The word FAST will help you recognise when a stroke is happening and what you need to do.

Call 112 or 999 immediately. The sooner a person gets treatment for a stroke, the less damage is likely to happen.
