🌟That's a wrap for #SCA2024 , its first time in Australia! 🌟

We had an amazing 4 days with over 50 exhibitors, 100 presentations and 1000 attendees.
A huge shoutout to all our speakers, sponsors, co-organisers and participants who made this event an undeniable success.🎉

Life science day at #SCA2024 brought together a range of experts in human genomics, data sharing, research, and bioinformatics.
Some of the highlights included Prof Alex Brown speaking on equity in genomics, and a panel discussion on the future of bioinformatics & where HPC fits.

The 14th ADAC Open Symposium took place today at #SCA2024 .
This forum is an opportunity to engage with the HPC community, and learn from other organisations at the bleeding edge of technological innovation.

Prof Francisco Doblas-Reyes at #SCA2024 highlighted the need for a future that focuses on climate adaptation, which requires extensive information about climate hazards.

This involves creating a climate digital twin, and making space for a new generation of climate models.

Today marks the third and final day of #SCA2024 !

Today brings some phenomenal speakers in areas of genomics, climate, and machine learning.
The ADAC14 Open Symposium will also be kicking off today, we look forward to hearing more about collaboration fostered by ADAC.

Day 2 of #SCA2024 is done!

We had some great Plenary talks, including Trish Damkroger from HPE on #supercomputing and how #exascale innovation powers science globally.
And Simon Elisha from Amazon Web Services, on leveraging AWS for the acceleration of #Science .
