In Jane Austen's novel #Persuasion , the heroine Anne Elliot comes to a concert at the Assembly Rooms. Weekly concerts featured some of the most celebrated musicians of the day. Unfortunately, Anne didn't hear it all as she runs out part way through to talk to #CaptainWentworth .
I am so looking forward to taking part in the Festival of Nature . So much to see and do in Bristol and Bath. I’ll be interviewing fantastic Prof.Turi King amongst others at Bath’s NT Bath Assembly Rooms on the 8th June. Can’t wait!
We're joining in with #DyrhamTulipMania . These pots in the courtyard at Bath Assembly Rooms are filled with tulips from Dyrham Park and they're adding a lovely splash of colour.
