Good to spend the day at Royal College of Anaesthetists today discussing the themes around rotational training with RAs, Heads of School and Training Programme Directors. Some geographical differences but helpful to share examples of good practice and discuss options for minimising the need to rotate

Tonight’s EGM - 1500(ish) online was a fantastic demonstration on how doctors can influence policy.

We have a lot of work to do but I really feel our membership has spoken and we have an enormous responsibility to advocate for doctors and our patients.
