Hard luck to the J1s and 20s who exit from their respective cups, still plenty of rugby to be played for all teams this season

We have ourselves a double header down in OCP today.

First up the u20s open their McCorry Cup campaign against DUFC Rugby

Then the J1s take centre stage for their Metro Cup opener against Clontarf Rugby Club

Both teams have been finalised and we are ready to go!

FT - Rock win 21-17

80+ - Rock score in the corner to take the win. Conversion successful. 21-17

60’ - Rock gain penalty advantage and makes the most of it, cross field kick on the advantage is scored in the corner. Conversion made from the touchline. 14-17

Ht - 7-17 up and we turn to play with a strong wind straight down the field

39’ - couple of pens at scrum time in our favour and we march into the 22… Fionn McWey powers over for the score 7-17

Penalty for Rock 7 not rolling away, 10m in front of the posts and Wilko duly converts 7-10

15’ another maul another try, this time a break off the back for Rock. 7-7

12’ - Cal Dowling makes a break off the back of the maul and dots the ball down. Wilko converts 0-7
