i’m very proud of our friends for what they’ve made. we’ve been sending each other leaks of our demos from our albums for four years now and it will never get old having a type of connection like that. we love oolong so much.

Oolong was the first band that really reignited my passion for emo music during a long period of burnout where i thought i wasn’t going to be playing in a band again. a lot of the drums on Best Buds :) are inspired by AYIF. so glad this album is out 🫶
