Using air quality sensors, we collect data that informs sports organizations, ensuring African athletes compete in a conducive environment.
UN Environment Programme, SEI Africa and Athletics Kenya Launched an Air Quality Sensor at Maseno School.
Allowing for a collection of data that is critical in both identifying sources of local air pollution and in finding the best solutions to combat pollution.

Located on the #Equator and founded in 1906, Maseno School is a beacon in academics and a giant in sports, esp basketball and rugby. We launched an air quality sensor provided to the school by UN Environment Programme and SEI Research as part of clean air initiative in learning institutions.
Former world marathon record holder Patrick Makau, an Env’t Ambassador for Athletics Kenya was our guest as we joined staff and students in tree planting for #BiodiversityDay at Maseno School at event organised by UN Environment Programme in Africa & SEI Africa. World Athletics. UN Biodiversity
SEI Africa in partnership with CETRAD, MIDPKENYA, NDMA Kenya, and Potsdam-Institut für Klimafolgenforschung PIK is holding a 5-day training workshop for County officers working on energy and water in five counties of Laikipia, Samburu, Isiolo, Meru, and Nyeri.
We are delighted to be part of this pivotal workshop on #climatechange and #FoodsystemsTransformation hosted by World Animal Protection Africa in partnership with the University of Nairobi – Institute for Climate Change and Adaptation.
