It's a beautiful yet solemn day here at Franklin Square as we honor our fallen Philadelphia Police Department and Philadelphia Fire members at the annual Living Flame Memorial Ceremony. We will forever honor the sacrifices made by our fallen and their families.

Last night's PSA 1 meeting was a powerful demonstration of collaboration. Kevin J. Bethel, D/C Rosario, Capt. Bullick, Council members Lozada, Harrity, State Rep Giral, multiple city agencies& a strong community presence are committed to revitalizing Kensington.
A short time ago, escapee Shane Pryor was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia at 3rd and the Boulevard without incident. He is currently en route to the PPD Homicide Unit.
