NEW: The FY24 Appropriations bill cuts off #UNRWA , the main agency providing relief to Gazans, till March 2025. So just as the IPC is warning of a looming famine, Congress and the Biden admin cut off critical humanitarian assistance. This will make a bad situation even worse.
