We had a pro golfer who had good rotational power numbers, but poor rotational acceleration. The only way I know of to measure rotational acceleration is by using a Proteus Motion Inc..

As Sam Miller said on the MikeRobertson podcast, and our data validates, we are overtraining the sagittal plane - from rotation, to acceleration, and strength qualities. Building acceleration, power, and strength in the frontal or transverse plane is just as important.
