The Community Paediatric Service team Oldham Care Organisation recently received support to kickstart their improvement project. They reduced average waiting times from 36 to 29 weeks and aim to reach 18 weeks soon. They enhanced their QI knowledge and received Level 1 and 2 accreditation.

The Oldham Care Organisation Pharmacy Aseptics team were immersed in QI this week! 12 attended a bespoke QI training session on Tuesday and then met on Wednesday to apply this knowledge to their project focusing on reducing process errors. If interested in bespoke training - get in touch!
